On March 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved the record date for implementing rights to existing shareholders as follows:

-       Record date: April 15, 2020

-       Regulation on securities purchased :

• Time for rights transference: from April 22, 2020 to May 11, 2020
• Time for subscription and deposit: from April 22, 2020 to May 15, 2020.

-       After May 15, 2020, the fractional shares and the shares refused to buy (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors, but the selling price is not lower than VND 15,000/share. These shares will be restricted 01 year from the finish date of the issuance.
