On March 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation approved the following issues:

1.  Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid – 19) pandemic, the BOD of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation approved to delay the Annual General Meeting 2020 on March 31, 2020 until the appropriate time that will take place before June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
2. Approving to pay cash dividend for 2019 based on decision dated February 12, 2020 by the BOD.
