According to the Board resolution dated March 23, 2002, the Board of Directors of An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company approved to receive the share transfer as follows:

−      Number of shares owned by An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company at An Tín Logistics Joint Stock Company: 5,100,000 shares (51% of charter capital)

−      Number of shares expected to receive: 1,900,000 shares

−      Transferor: An Phat Holdings

−      Time of implementation: expected in March 2020

−      Number of shares owned by An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company at An Tín Logistics Joint Stock Company after the transfer: 7,000,000 shares (70% of charter capital).
