On March 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the record date for implementing rights to existing shareholders as follows:

-       Stock name: Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company

-       Par value: VND 10,000/share

-       Stock type: common share

-       Record date: April 14, 2020

-       Expected issue volume: 26,449,875 shares

-       Issue price: VND 10,000/share

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).
