On March 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company approved the share buyback as treasury shares as follows:

- Number of shares registered to buy: 9,000,000 shares, equivalent to 3.6% charter capital

- Purpose: to buy shares as treasury shares

- Expected trading period: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
