On March 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued Resolution No.107/NQ-HDQT regarding a bond issue in Vietnam dongs in 2020 as follows:

-       Total issue par value: VND6,000 billion;

-       Maximum term: 05 years;

-       Maximum interest rate: 5.4%/year.
