The Board resolution dated February 28, 2020, Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Tran Sy Quynh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from March 05, 2020.
2. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Ngo Quang Dinh as Deputy Chief executive Officer cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from March 05, 2020.
3. The Board of Directors approved reappointment of Mr. Nguyen Khac Thanh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from March 31, 2020.
