On March 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) approved a plan for share buyback in order to protect shareholders’ interests under strong selling pressure from investors due to the complicated developments of Covid-19 epidemic.

- Buying volume: 14,670,130 shares

- Trading time: after the State Securities Commission approves CII's share buyback

- Buying price: no more than VND25,000/share.
