On March 18, 2020, Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

- Number of shares registered to buy: 15,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares and to raise the value of shareholders

- Expected trading period: from March 27, 2020 to April 25, 2020

- Trading method: Order matching.
