The Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company approved the change in the cash dividend payment as follows:

-       Adjustment for the first time: delaying the cash dividend payment until March 15, 2020

-       Adjustment for the second time: delaying the cash dividend payment until September 15, 2020

-       Reason: Currently, the Company’s cash flow is focused on investment. Therefore, the Company needs more time to prepare financial resources to pay dividends.
