According to Board Resolution No.03/2020 dated March 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX) approved a share buyback as follows:

- Buying volume: 29,000,000 shares

- Financial resource: the capital surplus and the undistributed after-tax profit

- Trading method: order-matching and/or put-through

- Trading price: market price

- Agent for the share buyback: SSI Securities Corporation.
