On February 03, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) approved the following issues:

−        Approving the plan for issuing VND2,000 billion corporate bonds:

• Offering method: private placement
• Bond type: non-convertible bond, no warrants
• Bond term: 03 years
• Interest rate: fixed rate

−        Approving the establishment of Golden Real Estate Co., Ltd. with the charter capital of VND20 billion, of which CII invests VND19.999 billion.

−        Appointing Ms. Tran Yen Vy as Director of Administration – Governance to replace Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Diep from February 04, 2020.
