Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated February 25, 2020 as follows:

1. The Board authorized the CEO to sign agreements with serpentine ore, serpentine powder, sandstone, cement, freight, warehouse rental for the Company’s business operations in 2020.
2. About the denunciation named Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung and signed on December 23, 2019, the Board of Directors agreed with the CEO’s opinion that it was not eligible for consideration and handling under current laws on the denunciation named Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung.
3. The Board of Directors assigned the CEO to direct departments to prepare for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
