          - Place: Phong Phu Pharmaceutical JSC - Lot 12, Street 8, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City
          - Agenda: Will be announced later on invitation letter by the company

     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 8%/share (shareholders receive VND800 for every 01 share they own)
          - Place of payment:
