On February 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company completed the sale of entire 588,000 shares, equivalent to 65.33% charter capital at Kenh Bac - Ayun Ha Hydro Power Joint Stock Company (short name: GBC), decreasing the direct ownership ratio at GBC to 0 shares. Therefore, Kenh Bac - Ayun Ha Hydro Power Joint Stock Company is no longer a subsidiary of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company on the consolidated financial statements.
