VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company announced the seeking shareholders’ approval as follows:

Contents:

- The share buyback plan;

- The election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the term from 2019 to 2023;

- To allow Happy Land Investment Joint Stock Company to purchase shares to own from 25% of the voting shares without via public tender offer;

- To ensure the corporate bond issue of ADEC Joint Stock
