          - Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders receive VND 1000 for every 01 share they own)

          - Place of payment:

               + For undeposited shares: Shareholders from outside the company, shareholders who were employees of the company and shareholders who are currently employees of the Office, production factory, medical station of the company: receive dividend at Finance and Accounting Department of the company (02 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Quang Ngai city, Quang Ngai province).
