          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Shareholders from outside the company, shareholders who were employees of the company and shareholders who are currently employees of the Office, production factory, medical station of the company: receive dividend at Finance and Accounting Department of the company (02 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Quang Ngai city, Quang Ngai province).

               + For undeposited shares: Shareholders who desire to receive dividend by bank transaction or by authorization please send request of transaction/Authorization document following forms at website: www.qns.com.vn to Finance and Accounting Department of the company.
Document requirements: Identification Card/Passport and authorization document (if any).
