On February 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: FTS) approved the following issues:

1. Approving the report on business performance in 2019 and business plan for 2020;
2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Trung as Deputy CEO of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company, in charge of Southern region.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Trung as Director of Risk Management and appointing Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao, Head of Risk Management Department to be Director of Risk Management.
