Viet Nam Airlines JSC announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated December 29, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the plan to issue shares to existing shareholders for increasing charter capital:

-          Issuer: Viet Nam Airlines JSC

-          Issuance purpose: to supplement working capital for business and production activities

-          Issuance method: to implement rights

-          Stock type to issue: common share, freely transferable

-          Issue value: VND 8,000 billion

-          Issue time: expected in first 6 months of 2021, after being by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Duong Tri Thanh as member of BOD from December 31, 2020.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Truong Giang as member of BOD from January 01, 2021.
