On December 02, 2020, An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 74,750 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 24,667 shares

- Purpose: to recover shares as treasury share from the employees resigned that participated in the stock issuance under ESOP.

- Expected trading period: from December 10, 2020 to December 17, 2020

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).

- Purchase price: VND 12,162/share.
