Dividend pay-out ratio:           25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

Payment date:                          March 31, 2021         

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company as from March 31, 2021.
