The Board resolution dated December 16, 2020, the BOD of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved the record date to issue shares for 2018 dividend payment as follows:

-          Record date: December 29, 2020

-          Purpose: to pay dividends for 2018

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (100:5) (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares).

-          Expected issue volume: 1,902,703 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 10,368 shares. With 5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 10,368 *5/100 =518.4 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 518 new shares and fractional shares of 0.4 will be cancelled.

-          Expected execution time: Quarter 4/2020 – Quarter 1/2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
