According to the Board resolution dated December 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of ACB Securities Company Ltd. (hereinafter ACBS) approved to borrow capital and use its assets as collateral in Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (hereinafter VIB) as follows:

-          Total credit limit: VND50 billion

Of which:

• Short-term unsecured loan: VND250 billion
• Short-term secured loan: VND250 billion

-          Purpose of borrowing: to invest in valuable papers, government bonds, secured bonds, municipal bonds.
