On December 10, 2020, Garmex Saigon Corporation announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the following issues:

1) Approving the documents to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing.

2) Approving to promulgate the charter amending and supplementing some articles of the charter dated December 16, 2019.
