According to the Board resolution dated October 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved agreements between Techcombank and related persons, as follows:

-          Granting a credit card limit to Ms. Nguyen Thu Lan, a person related to Techcombank’s Board Member;

-          Credit card limit: VND235 million;

-          Credit card term: 03 years.
