On October 30, 2020, the Chairman of BOD of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank decided the reference price for the first trading day of VIB shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) that was determined by the average reference price of the 20 most recent trading sessions to the end the trading session of October 29, 2020 of VIB shares according to the principle approved by the Board of Directors on the database published on the website of the Hanoi Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the reference price for the first trading day of VIB shares is 32,300 dongs.
