The Board resolution dated November 23, 2020, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders' opinions in writing as follows:

1) Approving the resignation of member of BOD – Mrs. Nguyen Thai Ha.

2) Approving to carry out for collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing to elect member of BOD for the period 2016 – 202. Time of implementation in November 2020 or December 2020.
