On 24 Nov 2020, Vicostone Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No. 16/2020 NQ/VCS-HDQT regarding the cash dividend payment of 2020 - 1st round as follows:
- Record date: 07/12/2020 (expected)
- Exercise rate: 20%/share (1 share receives VND2.000)
- Exercise date: 16/12/2020
- Exercise place:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Accouting and Financial Department - Vicostone Joint Stock Company, Hoa Lac High-tech Zone, Thach Hoa Ward, Thach That District, Hanoi on working days (from Monday to Friday) from 16/12/2020. Identification Card are required. 
This Resolution takes effect from the date of signature.
