According to the Board resolution dated November 19, 2020, the Board of Directors of Son Ha Sai Gon Join Stock Company approved the report and plan for handling 198 fractional shares in the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019:

-          Exercise ratio to pay dividend for 2019: 5%

-          Issue volume: 1,516,856 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 1,516,658 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 716 shareholders

-          Number of fractional shares due to rounding down: 198 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: 198 fractional shares due to rounding down from the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019 will be distributed to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hanh.
