     * Dividend payment in cash 1st time in 2020:
          - Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)
- Exercise date: 15/12/2020
- Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Saigon VRG Investment Corporation on working days from 15/12/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above. Shareholders receive dividend payment in cash or by bank transfer after deducting the personal income tax.
               + Note: For dividend payment in cash at Saigon VRG Investment Corporation at No.106 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan district, Room 608A, 6th Floor, Centerpoint Building on working days from 15/12/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
