According to the Board resolution dated November 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company approved a plan for divestment in Viet Nam Rubber Industrial Zone and Urban Development Joint Stock Company by selling the entire stake:

- The firm owning the shares need to be transferred: Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company

- The firm issuing the shares need to be transferred: Viet Nam Rubber Industrial Zone and Urban Development Joint Stock Company

- Offering volume: 1,970,000 shares (equivalent to 19,700,000,000 dongs, or 7.61%)

- Trading method: order-matching or put-through

- Trading time: in 2020

- Beginning selling price: 20,800 dongs/share.
