Pursuant to Document No. 15/2020/CV-HKB dated 23/10/2020 of Ha Noi - Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food JSC (Stock code: HKB) regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending the 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Canceling the shareholder list for holding the 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 27/07/2020.
Reason for cancellation:  Due to the complicated developments of the Covid – 19 pandemic, the company decided to change the meeting date of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
