The Board of Directors of Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC approved the transaction with related parties with a transaction value less than 35% of total assets of the company calculated according to the latest quarterly financial statements, including the following companies:

1)      Five Star International Group Corporation

2)      Branch of Nam Sao Fertilizer Factory

3)      Agricultural and Materials Import Export Joint Stock Company.
