According to Board Resolution No.16/QD-HDQT dated November 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company approved to raise its charter capital by 72,074,910,000 dongs from 725,188,030,000 dongs to 797,262,940,000 dongs, from November 02, 2020, after completing the issuance of 7,207,491 shares for dividend payment.
