HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company (HAI) announces the Board resolution dated November 12, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved the termination of operation of Soc Trang branch at Tam Phuoc Hamlet, Dai Tam Commune, My Xuyen District, Soc Trang Province, Vietnam.

2)      The BOD approved the termination of operation of Dong Thap branch at No.407 Nguyen Trai, My Tho Town, Cao Lanh District, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam.
