-          Total value of issue: VND 159,999,780,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND 959,999,780,000

-          Exercise ratio: 10:02 (shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 02 new shares).

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          Expected issue time: 2020 or Quarter 1/2021.
