1) Trader: The PAN Group Joint Stock Company

2) Information about the takeover bid public offer:

- Target company: Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company

- Stock code: VFG

- Bid price: VND50,000/share

- Bid volume: 4,813,780 shares

3) Agent for purchase: Saigon Securities Incorporation.
