On October 08, 2020, SAM Holdings Corporation issued a decision to approve the capital contribution in SAM CTI Investment Joint Stock Company with expected charter capital for the first phase of VND 100 billion.
Capital structure: Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation (stock code: CTI) contributed 40% charter capital. SAM Holdings Corporation contributed 59.95% charter capital. Other shareholders contributed 0.05% charter capital.
To appoint Mr. Tran Viet Anh as the representative of contributed capital of SAM Holdings Corporation in SAM CTI Investment Joint Stock Company.
