On October 07, 2020, Mobile World Investment Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 530,230 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 73,863 shares

- Purpose: to recover shares from employees resigned in the stock issuance under ESOP

- Expected trading period: October 2020

- Trading method: to transfer rights to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

- Trading price: as the price of ESOP regulation.
