The Board resolution dated October 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the documents to collect shareholders' opinions in writing with the following details:

1)      Proposal of the BOD to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the plan for selling treasury shares under ESOP.

2)      Shareholders' opinions in writing Form.

3)      Draft of the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the plan for selling treasury shares under ESOP.
