On 23/10/2020, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Que submitted the correction of result of transaction as follows:
My name is Nguyen Dinh Que. I am the Chief of the Supervisory Board of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company
On 10/09/2020, I had sent a notice of transaction registration to your Agency registering to sell 400,000 shares of QNS in the period from 17/09/2020 to 16/10/2020
In the registered period from 17/09/2020 to 05/10/2020, due to the error in accounting for the matching orders, I have completed the sale of 402,000 shares
However, in the report on result of transaction dated 07/10/2020, by mistake (as above), I have written the sale amount as 400,000 shares
I would like to correct the transaction result report for the transaction period from 17/09/2020 to 05/2020 as the attached document
I assure that I did not intend to exceed the sale of shares registered and misreport the actual shares sold, therefore, I sincerely hope the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and Hanoi Stock Exchange to consider
