-          Ex-right date: October 30, 2020

-          Record date: November 02, 2020

-          Purpose: To pay cash dividend for 2019;

-          Exercise ratio: 10%  (The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 10 new shares)

-          Estimated issue volume: 7,207,844 shares

-          How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-          Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
