The Board resolution dated October 19, 2020, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing regarding the personnel change as follows:

- Record date: November 10, 2020

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Expected meeting time: from October 2020 to December 2020

- Location: 512 Ly Thuong Kiet, ward 7, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh.

- Content: the resignation and additional election of member of BOD for the term 2016-2021.
