Based on the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated September 30, 2020, Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation announces the personnel change as follows:

1)      The resignation of Independent member of BOD – Mr. Le Minh Hong.

2)      The appointment of Mr. Ta Quang Huy as Independent member of BOD for the term 2020 – 2025.
