The Board resolution dated October 16, 2020, the BOD of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade approved the plan to issue shares for dividend payment in form of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing with the following details:

- Record date: November 05, 2020

- Time of implementation:

+ Time for sending the ballots to shareholders: expected in November 13, 2020

+ Time for receiving the ballots from shareholders: expected from November 13, 2020 to 17:00, November 23, 2020

+ Time for counting the ballots of shareholders: expected in November 23, 2020.
