KHL: Additional reason for putting stock under trading restriction

As of 09/10/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24/9/2019 (Regulation on trading registration), HNX announced the additional reason for putting stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC
- Stock code: KHL
- Reason: Late in disclosure of Reviewed Financial statement 2020 (over 45 days) and fail in overcoming causes that led to trading restriction status.
HNX will announce the approval for KHL to resume trading after the Company overcomes the reasons for being put under trading restriction pursuant to Regulation on trading registration.
