Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.634/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the stock under trading restriction of RCC stock as follows:
-          Issuer: Railway Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company
-          Securities type: common stock
-          Stock code: RCC
-          Par value: VND10,000/share
-          Number of shares under trading restriction : 15,457,383 shares
-          Total value under under trading restriction (by par): VND 154,573,830,000
-          Trading restriction: the stock can only be traded on Friday weekly.
-          Effective date: 12/10/2020
-     Reason: The company did not remedy the cause for being put under trading suspension in Notice No. 1043/TB-SGDHN dated 06/10/2020, as prescribed at Point a, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under under trading restriction
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when RCC stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
