Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation announces the Board resolution dated September 30, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved to pay first cash dividend for 2020:

-          Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-          Record date: October 28, 2020

-          Payment date: November 18, 2020.

2)      The BOD approved a merger between Viconship Ho Chi Minh Com Ltd and Green Star Lines Com Ltd to restructure the business management model.
