HOSE announces the record date for issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity of First Real:

-   Stock symbol: FIR                                            

-   Ex-right date: January 13, 2020        

-   Record date: January 14, 2020    

-       Purpose: to issue shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity.

-   Exercise ratio:                       60%

The one who owns 1 share at the record date will receive 0.6 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 7,800,000 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 157 shares at the record date, he will receive: 157x60/100 = 94.2 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 94 new shares.

Place of payment:

-       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at First Real.
