SFC: Board approves petroleum agreements

On January 02, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company (SFC) approved the following issues:

SFC will sign a petroleum purchase agreement with S.T.S Petroleum and Logistics Service Joint Stock Company (parent company).
For the source of E5 RON92 gasoline (bio-fuel), SFC will sign an E5 RON92 gasoline purchase agreement with The One-Member Limited-Liability Oil & Gas Company of HoChiMinh City (Saigon Petro Co., Ltd.), a major shareholder of SFC.
